On Wednesday the 8th April's done something that only every 29 years. Our tradition says that the Sun returns to the point where it was created. To honor this moment we say the Bracha (blessing) Maasei Bereshit "(elements of creation) on the morning of that day.
Believers meet in all cities of the world to honor this event. In Berlin, we do it too: The
Joachimstalerstr synagogue Keilah (community) meets at 8:04:09 06:15 Jochaimstalerstr together in the synagogue at the 10th Floor of the Swiss hotel opposite go and greet the sunrise together.
The Chabad Keilah meets at 8:04:09 at 09:00 to say the Bracha and to then find the Chomez the one on the previous day during his search for Chomez has to burn ....
