What Is The Name Of The Acid In Oranges

reading meant well - quite beside it (a type of) the novena to St. Jude Thaddeus

Today I received a telephone inquiry about the "Novena to St. Jude Thaddeus." In the context of education on esoteric and superstitious I am in my usual position to retreat. Today's call I've taken as an opportunity to speak about this in writing:

A novena is a prayer unit of 9 days following the example of the first Christian community in Jerusalem, prayed by 9 days in the "upper room" of the Ascension of the Lord to the coming of the Holy Spirit (see Acts 1.15-26, 2:2-4): it is a good old Catholic tradition.
In a special issue, we turn to a holy person (eg Virgin, HI. Rita, HI. ... Anthony) and ask them to intercede with God, where God is always free to attend to our requests in such a way as he acknowledges in his wisdom for us to be better.
We may ask for everything, but all requests are subject to the larger subject of the request in the Our Father: Thy will be done
. The text
the following novena to St.. Jude Thaddeus is (pray daily six times, lay 9 copies a day) all right, but not the preceding statement nor the subsequent promise of infallible being heard , because that is the error spread, we could God establish in his actions.
To suggest otherwise would and practiced, makes the Sin of superstition guilty. The Catechism of the Catholic Church "says this:
,, 2110 The first commandment ... forbidden superstition ... Superstition is to some extent a perverse excess of religion ..., one of the virtue of religion contradictory vices.
2111 Superstition is a derailment of religious feeling and the actions to which it undertakes. It can also creep into the worship, we prove the true God. So if, for example, certain otherwise authorized or required actions a magical significance is attached. Who attributed the efficacy of prayers or of sacramental signs to the merely external and do it from the inner attitudes, they require, apart, falls prey to superstition [See Mt 23.16-22] "

(It now follows the text of a paper which you can sometimes find in the churches:).

* This novena has six times daily (6 times) are consistently prayed nine (9) days .
* Nine (9) copies of the daily novenas must be interpreted in a church.
* The request will be heard. no later than the 9th day of the novena, if not earlier, and was unheard of before.

In the name of the Father will and of the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
that the Sacred Heart of Jesus be adored and loved to the end of time. Amen.
that the Sacred Heart of Jesus praised and glorified - now and forever, Amen.
St. Jude Thaddeus, pray for us and answer our requests. Amen.
(Please say!)
Blessed be the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Amen.
Blessed be the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Amen.
Blessed be the Holy Judas Thaddaeus of the world forever. Amen.
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done in earth, as on so
earth. Give us this day our daily bread
today. And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive
our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver
us from evil.
For thine is the Kingdom, the power and the glory forever. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Praised be Jesus Christ in eternity. Amen
